Once purchased you need to fill out the attached google form as the 1st point of contact. Once your custom product order is finalized a invoice will be sent to your email for the remaining cost. . Once the invoice is paid in full your product will be designed & created within the turnaround time frame stated on TMD's website. If for any reason your custom order can not be completed your deposit will refunded in full
